ConsideredThoughtfully is a career services company.
Its initial product, called MyCareerMentor, is what the company calls a “Revolutionary delivery system for mentoring.” Specifically, it's a virtual mentoring program for employees that combines Artificial Intelligence and machine-learning technology.

And according to a July 2017 study from Entrepreneur magazine, 95% of “millennials” — those between the ages of approximately 22 and 37 — believe lifelong learning and professional development are critical to long-term career success.
ConsideredThoughtfully is targeting these groups with its MyCareerMentor platform.
Unlike other career mentoring platforms, MyCareerMentor is the only program that features an artificial-intelligence-based, fully automated platform. In addition, it's the only platform that provides employees with instant responses 24 hours a day.
Employees using MyCareerMentor can practice critical skills and, in the near future, communicate with a specially-designed chatbot about career planning goals.
Employees can also take a series of mini-courses offered on the platform, such as “How to Be Well-Managed” and “How to Improve Communication.” Over time, ConsideredThoughtfully will develop additional courses to enhance each user’s experience on the platform.

ConsideredThoughtfully developed the initial prototype for its platform in 2014, and tested a beta version in December 2015. Since then, the company has refined its product based on user feedback, and aims to secure its first corporate customer in fall 2018.
